Social Group
Starting June 11, 2025 – Biweekly sessions over six weeks
This 6-week program focuses on building peer interaction, strengthening social skills, and fostering teamwork. Participants will also work on developing self-esteem and relationship-building skills. Through guided activities and structured support, individuals will have the opportunity to practice communication, collaboration, and confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.

YOUNGER KIDS: *AGES 6-14, FROM 10:30- 11:30AM
OLDER KIDS: *AGES 15-18+, FROM 11:00-12:00PM
*Depending on interest and the number of participants within similar age groups, we may further divide or adjust the groups to better match the client’s needs.

For Children (Ages 6–14): Focused Skill Development
In our children’s group, your child will work toward mastering the following social goals:
- Speaking with a new adult
- Speaking with new peers
- Socializing in a group setting
- Using common greetings (e.g., “Hello,” “Goodbye,” name introductions, and polite phrases like “Please” and “Thank you”)
- Engaging in spontaneous speech with peers
- Participating in shared meals with peers
These goals are targeted through structured activities, role-playing, games, and natural social interactions, all in a safe and encouraging environment.
